C&C Partners has delivered comprehensive MMC structured cabling for the modern GATO office building, located in the Wrzeszcz district of Gdańsk, at ul. C.K. Norwida 1, on the corner of Aleja Grunwaldzka.
GATO is a facility covering approx. 15,000 sq m of modern commercial space. The seven above-ground floors of the building are A+ class offices, while the ground floor of the office building is occupied by service premises and a representative lobby. The seven-story A class office building was designed and built in compliance with the principles of sustainable development, which is confirmed by the "Excellent" certificate awarded to the investment in the BREEAM classification, which assesses newly constructed facilities in the context of their impact on the environment. One of the many green solutions used here are charging points for electric vehicles, located both in front of the building and in the garage hall. For users who prefer to commute to work by bike, a bicycle room with a sanitary facility has been prepared for users who prefer to commute to work. The roof of the building gives the impression of a small jungle, as it is covered with rich vegetation. The interior of the building also contains many technological solutions that allow for saving electrical and thermal energy.
Our delivery included:
- Structured cat. 6 UTP cabling with a length of 85 km,
- 2,700 cat. 6 UTP modules,
- A complete set of passive equipment for the telecommunications installation, including cabinets, their equipment, modules, cable and fiber optic equipment.
