Personal data protection is one of the priorities of C&C Partners sp.z o.o. Due to the above, and in view of the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we kindly inform you that:

1. Administrator of your personal data is C&C Partners sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Leszno (64-100) at ul. 17 Stycznia 119, 121 entered into the Register of National Entrepreneurs Court Register under the KRS number: 0000203531, NIP number: 6970013242 and REGON number: 410024753;


2.The Data Protection Inspector appointed by the Administrator is Dariusz Groń, who can be contacted in matters related to personal data protection via the e-mail address rodo@ccpartners.pl, or by letter to the administrator's address;


3.the personal data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:
a) sending the Company's Newsletter by e-mail (containing in particular information about the company, its new products and its current offer). The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities and increasing sales and maintaining business relationships (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
b) handling a complaint or service request or providing you with information about the status of the service request. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in providing you with the highest quality goods and services (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
c) answers to your questions submitted via the "Contact Form" located in the "Website" tab. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in the possibility of ongoing contact with you, answering your questions and establishing and maintaining business relationships (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
d) creating an individual account in the Extranet service available through our website. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be a contract for the provision of a free account service for you (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
e) e-mail, fax or telephone correspondence with you. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in the possibility of ongoing contact with you, answering your questions and establishing and maintaining business relationships (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
f) handling orders, implementing cooperation, providing services and selling products offered by the Company. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be the contract concluded here (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
g) financial and accounting. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be the relevant tax law and accounting regulations, especially art. 74 of the Accounting Act (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
h) defense against claims and redress. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in the possibility of defending against claims and pursuing them (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
i) monitoring people entering the Company's premises. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be our legitimate interest in the protection of the Company's property (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
j) recruitment of employees, i.e. assessment of qualifications to work for the position applied, including the skills and abilities of a given person, and in order to choose the right one for the job The basis for the processing of your data will be:
k) your consent for future recruitments.
l) our legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) in the form of the willingness to select the right person for a given position - in the scope of personal data provided to us during the interview;
m) your consent, if the application documents (CV and / or cover letter) contain personal data other than the above-mentioned;
n) Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code - in terms of first name, surname, parents' names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education and the course of previous employment;

4. The basis for the processing of your personal data will be your personal data will be processed for the above-mentioned purposes for the following periods, in the case of:
a) Newsletter - until the consent to receive it is withdrawn, and after that time for the period of limitation of any claims specified by law;
b) complaint or service notification or providing information on the status of the service request - for a period of 5 years from the end and settlement of the contract, and after that time for the period of limitation of any claims specified by law;
c) questions submitted via the "Contact Form" - until the final answer to them, and after that time for the period of limitation of any claims specified by law;
d) accounts in the Extranet system - for a period of 5 years from the account liquidation, and after that time for the period of limitation of any possible claims specified by law;
e) e-mail, fax or telephone correspondence with you - for the period necessary to maintain current relations (e.g. exchange of correspondence), and after its termination - for a period of one year;
f) handling orders, implementation of cooperation, provision of services and sale of products offered by the Company - for the period necessary to implement the above-mentioned, and after that time for the period of prescription of possible claims specified by law;
g) financial and accounting - until the data storage obligations resulting from tax and accounting regulations expire;
h) defense against claims and redress - until the expiry of the limitation period;
i) monitoring people entering the Company's premises - for the period necessary to achieve the goal of protecting our property, and then for another year;
j) recruitment of employees - for a period of one year from the end of a given recruitment, and in the event of your consent to subsequent recruitment processes - for a period of 2 years from the moment of collecting your personal data.

5. Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary due to the implementation of the objectives referred to in point 3.

6. Your data will not be used for profiling or making automated decisions. This means that the administrator does not use IT systems that would process your data and automatically analyze it for the purposes of implementing marketing activities.

7. In connection with the objectives referred to in point 4, the recipient of your personal data may be entities providing services related to the processing of personal data for us and - in the case of recruitment of employees - entities from TKH Group NV (TKH).

8. You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
a) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data - the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of your consent before its
b) withdrawal;
c) the right to access personal data;
d) the right to request the rectification of personal data;
e) the right to request the deletion of personal data;
f) the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
g) the right to object to the processing of data due to your special situation - in cases where the controller processes data on the basis of its legitimate interest;
h) the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
