Fiber Ground - Underground network

Based on the Fiber Ground system, FTTH underground networks can be implemented depending on the investor's needs. One version is based on a micro-canalization system using pipes for direct burial.

In another, we use direct burial cables (DAC), also known as the Dutch model.

Micro-sewerage involves supplying empty micro-pipes to each subscriber. These drain into a well or cable post which is powered by an external cable (standard in HDPE pipe or LTMC micro cable). Optical splitters are also collected at such a point, the whiskers of which are led to fiber optic adapters. In the next step, which involves connecting the subscriber, a subscriber's cable should be blown into a single micropipe, thus supplying the signal to the subscriber.

Advantages of micro-sewerage

  • Reduction in the number of buttons and drilling
  • Limitation of the number of sleeves and distribution points
  • The use of bundles based on thick-walled micropipes (underground)
  • Freedom to make branches to subscribers

Advantages of DAC cables

  • Reducing material costs
  • No cable protection pipes
  • Quick installation
  • Easy repair of damage

Fiber Sky - Overhead network

One of the most popular methods of building an FTTH network involves delivering the signal to the subscriber using low-voltage poles. This solution is characterized by low construction costs and quick investment implementation. Poles for other purposes, e.g. lighting ones, are also used to build this network. The diversity of poles and the requirements of infrastructure owners means that the product portfolio is very wide. Depending on the adopted network construction philosophy, it can be implemented in several ways.

We have managed to develop our own universal standard, modified depending on individual requirements.

System characteristics

  • Drop cables with a diameter of 3 mm and a 0.9 mm tube
  • Skeleton cables with a strength of 3.2 kN
  • Subscriber boxes with a capacity of 16/24
  • Distribution couplers with a capacity of up to 144J
  • Universal mounting elements
  • Durable extraction handles

Fiber House - Indoor network

Our approach to building intra-building networks assumes the use of a main box located in the basement and intermediate boxes that are powered by cables from the main box. These cables are terminated with connectors on one end so that the intermediate boxes can be powered without the need for welding, which only takes place in the main box. The subscriber is connected using 2-fiber cables, MDIC cables or patch cords with a reduced fiber bending radius of 5 mm.

System characteristics

  • Limited number of products
  • Intermediate boxes based on the plug-and-play principle
  • Subscriber patch cords with B3 fiber
  • Welding in one place only

Fiber Data Center

A comprehensive approach to building and managing server room infrastructure includes a wide range of products and technologies designed to ensure efficiency, flexibility and reliability in the operation of data centers. This solution integrates advanced fiber optic distribution boxes, rack systems and cable ducts, which allows for easy management of large amounts of fiber optic cables and active devices. It is ideal for data centers that require flexibility, scalability and ease of managing cables and active devices.

System characteristics

  • A wide portfolio of frames - the ability to adapt to the investor's specific requirements
  • Microdistribution cables with terminated connectors
  • Cabinets with patch elements with connection identification
  • Distribution boxes available in 2 versions: kros-spaw, kros-kros
  • Cable ducts to facilitate connections
  • One patch cord length for patching panels and active devices - 4.5 m
  • Aesthetic storage racks
  • 19" splitters in any configuration
  • One coherent concept

Fiber Distribution - Distribution products

The expectations of wholesale customers regarding fiber optic products differ from those of operators or end investors. Our collection of distribution products is based on experience and cooperation with the largest wholesalers in the country.

Selected products

  • Universal cables in the central tube
  • Adapters, pigtails and fiber optic patch cords
  • 19'' distribution boxes without guides
  • Subscriber cables in accordance with the MTBiGM Regulation of November 6, 2012
  • Subscriber sockets

Fiber 5G - 5G networks

5G is the next stage in the development of the information society. It's a step forward that fascinates some and terrifies others. 5G is an idea for using existing optical fibers in a new way. Although we still have to wait for "real" 5G, we are already preparing for this technology in the passive sphere. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we can perform installation in both a hybrid version (FO and PW cable) and a separate version.

System characteristics

  • Mast boxes with hermetic connections
  • Hermetic cables with FTTA connectors
  • Optical splitters
  • 19” distribution frames at the network interconnection point
