Last preparations and trainings before opening factories

In the meantime, newly employed machine operators undergo training at the German and Dutch headquarters of Ernst & Engbring GmbH and TKF (BV Twentsche Kabelfabriek). At the beginning, of course, everyone underwent training in the field of health and safety and fire protection and learned about the operation of native companies in Haaksbergen and Forst.

In the first weeks of training, a number of issues were discussed that are important from the point of view of machine operators and other specialists. During subsequent trips, our employees are trained in individual production processes. Each of the participants was assigned to the appropriate line and there, under the supervision of factory specialists, they learned the process and how to operate the machines.

After completing the training, the operators will be prepared to participate in the commissioning of machines in the factories in Rawicz.
