Union Concentrator

The hub is a special configuration of the UNii system. The hub is designed exclusively for connecting multiple clusters to create a large system, consisting of up to 8 clusters (8 control panels). A single cluster is a UNii32, UNii128 or UNii512 intrusion control panel. Using, for example, only clusters made up of UNii512 control panels, the system can be expanded to a maximum of a UNii4096 system, which will handle up to 4096 inputs (8 clusters x 512 inputs = 4096 inputs in total). The hub does not contain its own zones and does not contain inputs and outputs to use. Users and user profiles are created in the hub. In this way, the number of users can be increased to 4000 and users can be granted access to zones in different clusters (control panels). Clusters do not contain their own users and will only use users created in the hub. The hub, like clusters (control panels), can contain groups; these hub groups consist of zones created in UNii clusters (control panels). A group of hubs can contain sections from different clusters. Clusters can also contain groups, but they cannot be controlled from a hub. A hub and connected clusters can be redundant.
