iManager License: TIR Avigation Module

A module designed to streamline the process of handling vehicle and driver entries and exits to/from the premises of a given company or enterprise. It allows authorized persons to perform notification of vehicle and driver entry in advance (e.g. a few days before the arrival of a given vehicle), as well as "ongoing" service by security or reception staff when the driver is already on site. With each notification, the driver receives an access card with specific authorizations. Thanks to this, after entering the premises, the driver is automatically included in the general evacuation service procedure in the event of a threat. Data in the TIR notification form is entered primarily using dictionaries. The following dictionaries (bases) are available: - Contractor database - Driver database - Vehicle database - Dictionary of gates/gatehouses, halls and DOKs - Dictionary specifying the purpose of entry. - Access schedules to individual halls and DOKs.
