Intercom server, compact, IP

Both the hardware and software concept of the GE 800 Intercom Servers incorporate state-of-the-art technologies. Fully digital and with distributed intelligence, the GE 800 Intercom Server can manage 112 IP subscribers (or 56 digital or 56 analog). The interdependence of all peripheral devices and cards is controlled by a processor. Each expansion or interface card has its own front-end processor to control its specific functions and facilities. The GE 800 server operating system is programmed using the latest object software. This means that all current and future requirements in the field of intercom systems, security systems, facility management, etc. can be met fully digitally and on an IP basis. The basic central unit is equipped with a transformer for the power supply (depending on the version), with a bus PCB for 17 expansion slots: processor card, connection card, power supply card, slots 1 to 14 are available for subscriber cards (max. 112 subscribers) and/or interface cards, slot A and B only for interface cards. The basic central unit includes an AF input for music/alarm, 2 inputs for variable contacts, 2 relay outputs and two Ethernet sockets and one RS 232 socket for programming or servicing (remotely).
