10-pair Gelly Disconnection Module for PROFIL

Krone LSA-PLUS series 2 LSA-PROFIL disconnection block designed for terminating telecommunications cable cores. It is used to build distribution points of internal and external telecommunications networks. Equipped with disconnection contacts enabling connection of the upper part of the block with its lower part – which enables performing tests in both directions simultaneously, or separately for the station and line side of a given telecommunications line. The type of block allows for "opening" the telecommunications circuit by plugging in an insulating pin or connecting a measuring cord. It is possible to install protection in a lightning protection or lightning-overvoltage-overcurrent version. Krone LSA-PROFIL 2/10 series blocks are mounted on PROFIL rods with a spacing of 95 mm or on 2/10 series sockets. Block capacity: 10 pairs of wires with a core diameter of 0.35 to 0.90 mm. Packaging: carton of 10 pieces. The gelled version is filled with gel, which protects the contacts from the influence of the external environment. It is intended for installation in external installations. An additional protective element is a gelled cover on the LSA-PLUS connector, which replenishes the loss of gel in the contacts caused by pressing in telecommunications cables.
