National Technical Conference - SITP in Ciechocinek

The two-day seminar "Major accident in Kujawy" was organized by the Association of Firefighting Engineers and Technicians, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Branch and gathered nearly 140 participants. The main interested parties in the event were companies that must comply with the DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT on the control of threats of major accidents related to hazardous substances SEVESO.

The opening was officially led by the President of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Branch of SITP, Roman Kukliński, who introduced the entire program and topic of the event. The event partner was Anwil S.A. in Włocławek, the honorary patronage was taken by the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode, and the substantive patronage belonged to the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Toruń.

Our company also supported the conference. At our stand, we presented the position of an operator of fire alarms operated via the CCWinGuard platform. The conference program included nine interesting lectures, one of which was titled: "How to manage process/fire safety in Seveso plants" conducted by Leszek Schmidt. During the conference, there was also time for health and a walk around the brine graduation towers.
