The latest iManager solution from C&C Partners

The dedicated iManager application is the result of cooperation between C&C Partners engineers and users of the iProtect access control system. In an easy and intuitive way, it allows you to:

• administering user permissions,
• guest notification,
• entries,
• management of vehicle lists in parking, building or municipal systems.

The application has been well received in the environment of access control system users due to the fact that it is extremely intuitive and its use takes little time. A friendly graphical interface allows the administrator to:

• quick user introduction,
• assigning proximity cards and license plates.

What modules are available in the iManager application for the access control system from C&C Partners?

Authorization management module

Functions implemented:

• "Organization" option - functions of quick granting of time authorizations for individual groups of employees
• Possibility of assigning authorizations to individual keys in key depositories integrated with iProtect (e.g. Safekey, SAIK)
• Adding license plate numbers associated with a given person for direct use in VDG Sense, along with the possibility of linking it with permissions to open selected barriers/gates
• The ability to create groups of people for quick and dynamic granting of "group" permissions
• Assigning a card or license plate for a defined person and granting access rights on the basis of card groups or directly to readers
• Administering (adding, deleting, modifying) basic data of persons in the iProtect or VDG Sense database

Module for handling visits and guests

Functions implemented:

• Ability to assign to the indicated "gate" / entrance, where to go (for large facilities)
• Confirmation sent by e-mail with the option of attaching attachments, e.g. with a map of the facility
• The option of group notification of many guests within one notification
• Possibility of quick notification for reception / security staff for unannounced guests
• Ability to easily notify guests by people with access to iManager (employees of a given organization)

Key access management module

Functions implemented:

• Information about who last retrieved a given key
• Visualization of the status of individual keys
• Verification of authorization to download the key based on the access card number
• Simplification of management / issuing keys by receptionists / security

Vehicle management module

Functions implemented:

• Events - displaying a list of license plates recognized by VDG Sense (administrator sees everything, user only plates added by himself)
• Adding license plates to be "monitored"
• Ability to dynamically add (by the administrator) LPR cameras located with VDG Sense
• Dynamic addition of telephone numbers for notification via SMS gateway in case of detecting a "monitored" license plate
