The 5X series has innovative features in line with the Multimedia Connect "smart & simple" philosophy: developing innovative and easy-to-use solutions. Panel 5X revolutionizes the way RJ45 modules are connected, offering a new method of mounting connectors. The innovative mounting system allows the panel to slide forward 2 and tilt down 3, leaving the installer free to assemble and install the modules from the front 4.

Flexibility to easily adapt cabling to existing conditions

The variety of installation types and building configurations requires a degree of flexibility to accommodate all needs. The 5X series has been developed to offer maximum flexibility and thus ensure the lifetime of the installation. The 5X module is equipped with an innovative rear flange that offers the possibility of cable installation in 5 directions. Depending on the position of the rear flange, the installer can adjust the cable exit in the desired direction.

Simplicity of construction and shortened assembly time

The 5X connector is one of the simplest and fastest on the market: 100% tool-free. The 5X panel is equipped with an innovative screwless mounting system that reduces installation time and eliminates the need for screws on the 19” rails. By simply pressing into the 19" rail, the panel locks into place and provides excellent stability and durability.
